Third-party data in the Insight Labs website brain visualization ================================================================ The 3D brain on this site is a modified derivative of the following sources. It has been resampled, transformed between template spaces, merged and simplified for display. It is not the original data and is not presented as a measurement. 1. Cortical surface and sulcal depth: FreeSurfer "fsaverage" pial and white surfaces, combined into a surface 30% of the way from pial toward white (eased back to pial near tight folds), with FreeSurfer sulcal depth and Desikan-Killiany region names (Laboratory for Computational Neuroimaging, Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Massachusetts General Hospital), obtained via TemplateFlow (https://www.templateflow.org). All or portions of this licensed product (such portions are the "Software") have been obtained under license from The General Hospital Corporation ("MGH") and are subject to the following terms and conditions: see FREESURFER-LICENSE.txt in this directory (FreeSurfer Software License Agreement, Part B). 2. Functional network parcellations: Yeo et al. (2011), J Neurophysiol 106:1125-1165, 7-network solution; Schaefer et al. (2018), Cereb Cortex 28:3095-3114, 200 parcels / 7 networks.
